Garden of Earthly Delights by Sarah LeMieux

The idea for this bra was sparked by my Victorian-style “fainting couch”: a chaise longue upholstered in a heavy tapestry with a delicious pattern of fruits and leaves. Combining the idea of Victorian modesty with a very presentational display of the female form, in all its nourishing abundance, really appealed to me. As I worked on the bra, ideas of fertility and paradise wove themselves into the final creation.
